Great place to get hotdogs

Had to go to Keene last week for work and while there I was looking for a place to eat. I didnt want the same ol, same ol and wanted something different. Found Doug's and was very pleased with the quick service and great food. I liked it so much I went back up for seconds. This a great little place to grab a quick bite. Great prices too. When I'm back in the area I'll definitely be going back here.

Probably the best hot dog I've ever eaten. Wish he was open later. I love this place.

Excellent, as always! One of our favorite stops when we're out cruising along the highways and byways.

I've been a long time customer and I'm glad the chili recipe has stayed the same all of these years. The chili is great on the dogs, the nachos and on the Italian sausage. The owner has done his best to keep prices reasonable and everything is very filling. They also have Doug's sodas which have a reputation of their own. Add this to your list of rotating lunch spots.

Service was slow. He does fix some good hot dogs and kielbasa. My hot dogs looked a lot better than the picture on this site.

I love Doug's dog not only is he nice his dogs are great he makes them the way you want them been going there for over 30 years now yum yum

I try to make all my trips to the Keene area to allow me to do lunchat Doug"s ... nothing like a dog with saurkraut ( ? ) and mustard !!I have been stopping here for years.

Love them....I'd enjoy owning his business. He should should let me do his Sundays and his vacations!!! Best since Doug himself...

Part of the true new Hampshire experience, an icon. Simple, easy great dogs.get 2 loaded ,all in.or just mustard.get a soda and chips too,this is the food we grew up with,its fun and contrary to what health nuts say,no,it wont kill u. Parking lot ambiance at it's best. Do not miss.

Easy, hot food. Chili had great flavor.

Its not exactly the same stand as in its heyday but still a cheap quick lunch. The kids love it but beware the dudes got a heavy hand when it comes to celery salt. I had to wipe my dog off to eat it. Moderation is key people.

Food is good but not great. The chili is basically ketchup with chili powder mixed in. I don't like it!

Always a good quick lunch with several choices - steamed dog's are great, but wish he grilled them too.

The food here is so delicious and the owner is super nice. It's out of the way but it's totally worth it when my family is in the area.

I love this guy and his hot dogs are amazing. If you want to see how good it is just wait til around noon on any warm day and watch the line form. Everyone loves this place.

This place simply knows how to serve their clients. Regularly with a helpful demeanor. The food is reasonably priced, always yummy and neat.
